Horfield and Lockleaze Neighbourhood partnership was launched in March 2008. Lockleaze and Horfield Neighbourhood Partnership have membership comprising of the 4 elected Councillors, local residents, community and voluntary sector representatives and statutory sector representatives.
The partnership has recently reviewed it's priorities and asked local residents about the top issues facing the area. The priorities and issues identified are:
1. Parks & Open Spaces
2. Transport, Traffic & Parking
3. Community Facilities
*Particularly in the Manor Farm Area
4. Employment & Economy
5. Provision for young people
6. Crime and Community Safety Issues
Issues highlighted in the Horfield Survey:
* Burglary
* Anti-social behaviour
* Drug dealing
* Vandalism
7. Environmental Issues and Improvements
